What's the difference between credits and songs?
Credits are the platform's currency - different features cost different amounts. Generating a song costs 2 credits. The credit cost is shown on each feature's generate button.
Do unused credits carry over? When do they refresh?
No. Unused credits are cleared on your renewal date. Credits refresh on the same date each month - e.g. if you subscribed on Jan 1, they refresh Feb 1, Mar 1, and so on.
Which plans include the ability to download songs?
All paid plans include song downloads - including songs you created while on the free plan. Once you upgrade, all your previously generated songs become available to download.
Which plans include commercial license?
Commercial rights are included with any annual plan. Monthly plans do not include commercial rights. This also applies retroactively - songs created on the free plan can have their commercial license PDF downloaded after upgrading to an annual plan.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied after purchase?
Yes. If you've used fewer than 20 credits and it's within 3 days of your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund. Simply reach out via email or the Feedback form to submit your request.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Not currently. To get more credits mid-cycle, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan.
